A slightly different article since we are going to talk about cooking recipes. An element that I have not dealt with much on this blog, leaving it to Chéri who works on his blog Gourmet Temptations.
Why talk about cooking recipes on this blog?
Simply because it's an eclectic blog, I don't want to limit myself to a niche. And we're not pure spirits, we cook, clean, shop!
In short, we are not princesses served and living outside of time (too bad!) At least for most of us!
Then, since installing my new kitchen I want to get back into it (a little!) and why not share with you some recipes that you might like.
To start this series, I chose to talk to you about the zucchini.
An excellent vegetable, tasty and very easy to cook. In addition, it is low in calories, which doesn't spoil anything.
I'm also showing you the recipe in video.
The first recipe: Zucchini and honey tart
I regularly advocate the use of a homemade shortcrust pastry. It's really simple to make and so much better than store-bought dough.
I suggest you discover the recipe for homemade shortcrust pastry on the Tentations Gourmandes website. Let me know what you think in the comments!
Gourmet Temptations Shortcrust Pastry
This tart is delicious, the only slightly difficult exercise is to place the zucchini vertically. But we do it very well.
For this recipe I chose Brousse or Brocciu, because I love this Corsican cheese, but you can make it with any mild goat cheese.
Don't forget to fill the zucchini circles with vegetable scraps, so as to have a well-garnished tart.
The second recipe: raw zucchini salad with pomegranate
This is a seasonal salad that I really like. Very simple to make, you just need a small tool called a spiralizer to cut the zucchini into spaghetti.
Pomegranate is at its peak in terms of taste right now. This recipe is served on a plate and the combination of pomegranate, parmesan, pine nuts and mint is a real treat.
It is also a very simple recipe to make and very fresh for sunny days.
Simply arrange the food on a plate and make a lemon and mint vinaigrette.
I wish you a good appetite! Tell me in comments if you want other articles of this kind.
