In interior design as in fashion, we are sensitive to trends. It would be wonderful to be able to change our entire decoration every season, but it is impossible, at least for most of us! However, we can give a little current air to our interiors by taking inspiration from the compositions proposed by brands such as Paragraph.
Even if I don't change my decor four times a year, I like to browse the websites or Pinterest accounts of decoration stores to pick up a few ideas and, why not, fall for a little piece that will make all the difference!
The Alinéa concept store in Montpellier
The decoration shops in my area are my places of perdition!
So I was delighted when the Alinéa brand invited me to discover their new concept store in Montpellier.
In this particular period of confinement, you will not be able to go there right away. But it will only be postponed! In the meantime, you have the leisure to be able to order on the site in ligne which remains operational.
Located in the Odysseum shopping center, the concept store is installed for one year. Products emblematic of the brand and some specially designed for the occasion are presented in a dream setting. And always in resonance with an art of living and Mediterranean roots.
A little different from the traditional store we know, the place is heavenly for decoration lovers.
While doing my report, you can imagine that I noticed a few trends that I will quickly adopt, particularly on my terrace.
The brand's ethical bias
Alinéa offers us more and more ethical products, fabrics from sustainable development and pieces created in France.
Alinéa Spring Trends
A bohemian style, mixed with a Mediterranean atmosphere, everything encourages us to relax and have a certain art of living.
Given my addiction to neutral shades, camel, beige, white for my home, I could not remain indifferent to this spring trend which combines rattan, wood, ceramic and gold.
The slow life trend is an invitation to slow down, to take time. A wonderful way to recharge our batteries within our interior. A return to nature and sobriety that suits me perfectly.
In addition to natural tones, if you opt for this style, don't hesitate to combine rattan with macramé or even raw wood.
Add a small gold brass lamp and you will have a relaxing Hygge atmosphere.
Terrace options
I am particularly interested in this trend, because I told you last year about the renovation of my terrace.
We undertook major works, including screed and tiling, plus the installation of a pergola. So last spring I no longer had the budget for my favorite phase, decorating!
But this year I will be able to offer you a mini report on the installation and decoration of this outdoor room so precious in fine weather.
The accumulation of wicker baskets filled with green plants makes me dream. The wicker armchairs are beckoning me!
The colors, chlorophyll green, mint, emeralds will be a bright and vibrant base for my exteriors.
But who says terrace also says festive summer table decoration.
And here too I set my sights on a few pieces that will go perfectly with my summer decoration project.
Table decoration at Alinéa
The palette around a sandy and mineral cameo particularly caught my attention. The tableware with its light tones, tinted with blue, brown and anthracite will enhance my summer tables with softness and elegance.
The harmony between the dishes and the table linen gives an authentic and joyful side to the whole.
All the decoration of this new concept store helps to transport us and make us dream of radiant days in the sun with friends.
For the people of Montpellier, don't hesitate to take a look! For the others, if you are passing through the region, a stop is a must. Otherwise, most of the pieces are on sale on the online store.
I'll let you imagine your future decoration with this walk, but for now Stay Home!
