Like every year, I suggest you get inspired by my Christmas table.

My natural Christmas table
My glamorous and plant-filled Christmas table
In decoration as in fashion, it is often an eternal recommencement and it is difficult to innovate.
Especially if, like me, you like to stay in sober tones and avoid “bling bling”!
My inspiration for my holiday table
As often, I found my inspiration on Pinterest and in decoration magazines.
This year I wanted to innovate by creating a somewhat special table with the highlight of my hanging decoration.
I had been thinking about it for some time, having seen it in decoration stores, but I didn't know how to go about it.
It was while looking through online catalogs that I came across these iron bars at Casa.
I immediately started looking for these new items for my table. Because this year I wanted to give this original side to my Christmas atmosphere.
Basic colors
For the colors, I remained faithful to my tendency to go towards neutral tones, beige, white, gold.
The color is provided by plants, pine cones and plates.
The top part of my table decoration
These golden iron bars are very easy to install, modular, they are suitable for all tables.
Once placed, I chose to give them a natural look by decorating them with eucalyptus branches. I really like this plant for its aesthetics but also for its smell.
Beforehand I slipped a light garland under the branches.
Then I hung some balls and small objects, taking care to place them at different heights to preserve harmony throughout.
Once the centerpiece was installed, I got down to the centerpiece.
Given the importance of the decoration on the bar, I remained fairly neutral for the rest.
The centerpiece
For my table runner, a simple burlap on which I placed a garland of golden stars, a few pine cones and small porcelain figures.
A transparent tray and a few golden stars complete the set.
Plates and cutlery
The plates give the colorful touch, they are soft green in stoneware. I really like the combination of stoneware and linen.
I placed them on wooden serving plates to keep the rustic and natural atmosphere.
My cutlery is placed in linen bags on the plates. Of course this presentation is not very academic if we want to stay within the standards of gastronomy but it amused me to divert the codes!
For the cutlery I used last year's that decorated a black and gold table. I find that these gold cutlery lend themselves to all fantasies.
The general atmosphere
As I love tableware and decoration, I have accumulated a lot of objects over the years, so I did not invest a lot in this table. My only expenses were the gold bar, the fresh flowers and the two large main balls.
I am particularly delighted with the result, even if setting this Christmas table took longer than the previous ones!
I like the sophisticated side of the aerial decoration which goes well with the natural aspect of the whole.

I remain attentive to your comments and your opinions.
What do you think of this table? Will it inspire you?
